ONE DAY COURSE

One Day course:-
You arrive at the airfield in the morning; welcome, coffee and registration. Followed by initial briefing about the aircraft, airfield and day program.

You are given a pre-flight briefing by your instructor on the handling of the aircraft and how to fly it.
The day's flying route is explained to you.

You take off with your Instructor's help and fly the aircraft, practice flying straight and level at different speeds.
You navigate to another airfield, join the circuit and land there.

After a debriefing and perhaps a light lunch, you are then briefed for the return journey to base, with more details about the handling, route and radio procedures.

You commence the flight from the airfield, using your newly found skills.
You navigate using map and satnav and perhaps use the radio to transmit messages and receive instructions from Air Traffic Control.

The two flights will be of about one hour each, in addition the 2 briefings will be of about 1 hour each.
The whole day will be taken up in this intense introduction to aviation.
